1. Introduction
Welcome to Lumoral.ae, the official website for Lumoral products in the UAE. By accessing or using
our website, you agree to comply with these T erms and Conditions, which govern your use of this
site and any purchases made through it.
2. Legal Compliance and Licensing
Lumoral.ae operates under a Commercial License for Para Pharmaceutical Products, duly
registered in the UAE. All our products comply with UAE regulations concerning pharmaceutical
trade, as mandated by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP). These regulations ensure
that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Placing an Order: By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are purchasing the
products for personal or commercial use, and you have the authority to make the purchase.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other
approved payment gateways, all compliant with UAE regulations for secure digital transactions.
3.3 Pricing: All prices on Lumoral.ae are displayed in AED and are inclusive of VAT where
applicable. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but you will be charged based on the
price at the time of purchase.
3.4 Electronic Transactions: All contracts and transactions conducted through our website are
legally binding under UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 46/2021 on Electronic Transactions.
Electronic signatures and agreements are recognized as valid.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery Zones: We currently deliver to addresses within the UAE. Shipping costs are calculated
at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Timeframes: We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided during the
checkout process. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs clearance,
may occur.
4.3 Ownership and Risk: The ownership and risk for the products pass to you upon delivery.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1 Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product
for any reason. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and that the
security seals are intact.
5.2 Returns: T o initiate a return, contact us at lumoral@lumoral.ae or call our customer service.
We will arrange for the product to be collected at no extra charge if the product is faulty or shipped in
error.
5.3 Refunds: Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed
within 14 business days to the original payment method.
5.4 Exchanges: If a product is defective, we will either replace it or offer a refund, in accordance
with UAE’s Consumer Protection Law No. 15/2020.5.5 Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, including opened items, consumables, or products
with tampered security seals, are non-returnable unless found to be faulty upon delivery.
6. Warranties
6.1 Product Warranty: Lumoral products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing
defects. This warranty covers repair or replacement at no extra charge. The warranty does not cover
damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.
6.2 Third-Party Products: For non-Lumoral branded products, warranties, if any, will be as provided
by the manufacturer.
6.3 Statutory Rights: This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UAE law.
7. Consumer Data Privacy
7.1 Data Collection and Use: We collect personal data to process orders, improve our services,
and communicate with customers. Your data is handled in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No.
45/2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL). We do not share your personal data with third
parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary for fulfilling your order.
7.2 Cross-Border Data Transfers: If any customer data is transferred or processed outside the
UAE, we ensure that such transfers are done in compliance with UAE data protection laws.
7.3 Customer Consent: By using our website and purchasing products, you consent to the
collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

warrant that the descriptions are complete or error-free.
9.2 Product Use: Customers are advised to consult with a healthcare provider before using any
medical devices or products, particularly if the product may affect health. Products should only be
used according to the provided instructions, and any modifications or improper use may void the
warranty.
9.3 Limitation of Liability: Lumoral.ae and its operators shall not be held liable for indirect or
incidental damages resulting from the use of our products, except as required by UAE law. Our
liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
9.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our
reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in transportation.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by UAE law. Any disputes arising out of your use of
